There are several Common Areas available to all guests of The Island Retreat. These areas include the pool, deck, gym, and The Cantina. The Main House’s Living and Dining Rooms are also Common Areas except when a when party has secured The Fireplace Room. The Bunk Room, and The Master Suite for their group.

The Cottage is an independent, freestanding separate unit from the rest of the property, with two master bedrooms and its own private beach access. It features an open floor plan with a full kitchen featuring an island and dining space attached to a spacious living area.

The Loft

The Loft was renovated with a family in mind. A private king-size room and an additional room with 3 twin-size bunk beds. Upstairs there is a loft with a twin-size trundle bed. The Loft has a kitchenette and a full bathroom.

The Main House

The Main House has three separate units available, as well as the Living Room and Dining Room Common Areas that are available to all guests. The Main House is perfect to reunite and connect with loved ones, create a lifetime of memories, or for a wedding, reception, retreat, or event.

Fireplace Room

The Fireplace Room has a queen size Murphy bed that opens up to your own personal oceanfront sunrise.

The Bunk Room

The Bunk Room has two-sets of queen-size bunk beds, ensuite bathroom, and a private media space with a flat screen TV. Book The Fireplace Room or the Master Suite and place your teenagers, kids, in-laws in The Bunk Room.

The Master Suite

The spacious Primary Suite features a king size bed, sitting area and a private balcony, as well as an ocean view and its own private exterior entrance.

The Main House Rooms & Suites

The Main House includes The Fireplace Room, The Bunk Room, and The Master Suite. The spacious living and dining rooms are shared common areas available to all guests of The Island Retreat. 

The Main House Common Areas will convert to an exclusive, private area accessible only to the party that reserves The Fireplace Room, The Bunk Room, and The Master Suite.

For private, exclusive access to the Main House Common Areas Living and Dining Rooms, reserve The Master Suite, The Bunk Room, and The Fireplace Room for a vacation of a lifetime, wedding, retreat, or event.

“The online listing does not capture the magnificence of the setting with direct access to a beautiful, nearly-private beach. The expansive property includes a swimming pool, spacious decks (including our own private deck) 2 exercise rooms and a main house with a professional kitchen and massive big screen TV. We watched the sunrise from our king-sized bed and the sunset from our deck. Our host anticipated our needs pre-arrival (golf cart rental and ferry schedule) and was very responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. We had a wonderful visit and can’t wait to come back!”
